include a free consultation with
a Senior Personal Trainer and

plus Stepchange bespoke eating

No problem, we write a programme that keeps
you interested, at a level that is right for you. We support
you in the privacy of our discreet personal training gym
that is used by you and your personal trainer only and
we teach you how to exercise effectively in the minimum
amount of time. |

to learn how to sculpt and tone quickly and effectively. |

Some clients visit us three times per week,
others once a week and some fortnightly, depending on the
level of supported needed, budget and goals. |

a gym membership? |

No, personal training sessions are all by
appointment so the Stepchange gym is booked out to you
and your personal trainer only and there is no membership
fee. Free dietary advice and tailor-made programmes are
included in most programmes. |
