Q How much weight can I expect to lose with Stepchange?
A This varies depending on the programme chosen and the your personal weight loss goals. Some clients choose the Fitness Booster and book in for four sessions just to flatten their stomach ready for the beach. Other clients who have had over six stones to lose before they reach their weight loss goal choose the appropriate programme to suit their needs and lifestyle.
   
Q How much does it cost?
A Each programme is tailored to your individual needs and budget, and varies according to the requirements of the clients. Prices start at £39.95 per session and include a free consultation with a Senior Personal Trainer and a free 15 minute consultation with our Nutritional Therapist, plus Stepchange bespoke eating plans and workout plans.
   
Q I haven't exercised for twenty years but know I should - can you motivate me?!
A No problem, we write a programme that keeps you interested, at a level that is right for you. We support you in the privacy of our discreet personal training gym that is used by you and your personal trainer only and we teach you how to exercise effectively in the minimum amount of time.
   
Q I want to lose weight but have a busy social life and a family to look after, can you help?
A Our eating plans are flexible enough to fit round a busy social life and we know the importance of not cooking separate meals for you and your family. With our one-to-one support we get you through any problem days.
   
Q How long does a session last?
A Most sessions last for one hour.
   
Q I would like to tone up and do some body sculpting, do you offer this?
A Yes, either through the Fitness Booster or, if you have weight to lose as well, through the Fat2Fit programme. We are trained to the highest standards and have worked with the world natural bodybuilding champion to learn how to sculpt and tone quickly and effectively.
   
Q How many times per week do I need to visit Stepchange?
A Some clients visit us three times per week, others once a week and some fortnightly, depending on the level of supported needed, budget and goals.
   
Q Do I need to pay for a gym membership?
A No, personal training sessions are all by appointment so the Stepchange gym is booked out to you and your personal trainer only and there is no membership fee. Free dietary advice and tailor-made programmes are included in most programmes.
