Stepchange based in Berkhamsted are experts in achieving outstanding weight loss results and nutritional balance. We provide one-to-one support, counselling and guidance in weight management and lifestyle change.

With huge successes over the past few years, we continue to develop our diet and weight loss programmes using the latest scientific research to give our clients the most up to date information.

Healthy eating is the basis of all our programmes. We provide you with the knowledge on how to eat correctly, which foods increase weight loss, how to eat to increase you metabolism and lose fat quickly, which foods store as fat round your middle, how to eat to increase your energy levels and renew your health.

We do not entertain fad diets or prescriptions pills, they don't work in the long term and enter the client into a life of yo-yo dieting. Most clients who are come to Stepchange are overweight because they are confused by the food industry marketing advice (understandably) about what they should eat.

The food and diet industry don't want you to be healthy, they just want you to buy their products. Which means you eat the wrong food, the wrong types of calories per meal and have the wrong eating patterns each day. We show clients how to correct this.
